AMPHICAR FOR RENT Private parties, company outings Festivals, Corporate Sponsorship As the owner of a fully restored perfect 1964 Amphicar, we offer a variety of promotional packages for allowing people to experience the magic of this special car/ boat. The experience of driving a car into the water provides a feeling like no other that will be remembered for the rest of your life! PRIVATE PARTY – COMPANY OUTING Moonwalks are fun. But if you really want to make a big splash at your next outing, rent our Amazing Amphicar! Your guests will always remember this once in a lifetime experience that you have provided for them! Our basic package is where we bring the Amphicar to your venue and provide rides to all guests or customers for a one or two day event. This works best for private parties, small festivals, or company outings. We require a clean water lake with an approved ramp. An onsite spot must be provided for parking of our 58’ long rig and Amphicar transporter. Typically, as Captain, I take three passengers per ride for a short 5 to 10 minute water ride including a water entry and drive back on to land. The cost for this package on a one day event is $2,200.00 plus travel expenses to your chosen location. (calculated from SE Michigan May thru October and central Texas November thru April). Add $500.00 for a two day event. For a small additional fee, we will email digital photographs direct to all riders showing them in the car on the water. The Amphicar is maintained in perfect mechanical condition and is Coast Guard approved. The vehicle is fully insured for land and maritime use. The organizer must maintain their own insurance for the event that totally absolves us of any liability for the event and participants. LARGE EVENTS - FESTIVALS For larger events, we can supply multiple (up to 10) Amphicars, and include a parade and group splash-in which is a favorite with large crowds. This program costs significantly more and is quoted on a per event basis. Due to logistics involved, a six month in advance booking is required. With proper advance promotion, featuring an appearance of these extremely rare 40+ year old amazing vehicles at your event can significantly increase your gate receipts! CORPORATE SPONSOR We are looking for the correct corporate national sponsor who would like to use this vehicle in their business promotions. Just seeing this car on the water is an experience people remember for their whole lives. Imagine the promotional value of your company logo on this vehicle and its appearance at chosen national events! This program can range from a single amphibious vehicle with signage used at specific events up to a multi vehicle program with laser graphics and a national calendar of events and appearances. Options include web based “win a ride” contests, distribution of product samples, and other promotions select to your market.
